A) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1
These regulations lay down the rules that should guarantee a smooth and correct course of the exams. These regulations assume that the task of the teacher(s) comprise(s) of testing the capacity and knowledge acquired in the training course by a student.
Article 2
These examination regulations apply to all exams of the Institute for Transformational Psychology (ITP).
Article 3
The training course organisers can add special provisions and criteria to these examination regulations, provided that they are not contrary to the general regulations.
B) ORGANISATION OF THE EXAMS
Article 4 – prior information
The teacher provides clear information about the subject matter and the method of examination in advance.
Article 5 – exam period
The exam is organised in completion of the training course.
Article 6 – the right to participate in re-examinations
Each student has the right to resit the exam. If a student, for urgent reasons, cannot take part in the normal exam, he or she can, after consultation with the organisers of the training course, participate in the re-examinations.
Article 7 – split exam
If so desired, there can be an exam of various parts of the training course separately.
Article 8 – time and place
All exams are taken in a time and place announced by the training course organisers.
Article 9 – public nature
The exams are not public.
Article 10 – right of access for written exams
Students who request this have right of access to their copy of the written final exam.
The request must be submitted ten days after the official announcement of the results of the written exams at the latest.
C) OBLIGATIONS AND OPTIONS REGARDING THE EXAM
Article 11 – announcement of examination regulations
The training course organisers make these regulations available to every student via the website.
Article 12 – teacher and student duties
Teachers and students must strictly meet these exam regulations.
Article 13 – examination fee
The student needs to pay the costs for taking part in exams and/or re-examinations in advance. If this is not met, the student can be excluded from taking part in the exam or re-examination.
Article 14 – student identification
The identity of students taking part in a final exam will be checked.
Article 15 – exam postponement
A student who cannot take part in the exam for important reasons can request the training course organisers for a postponement.
Article 16 – exam result determination
The exam result of each student is determined by the teacher. The result of each exam must be at least 6.0.
