Janine van Hees

My aim is to help people enhance their self-awareness, leading to a broader range of choices in their lives. With a background as a Voice Dialogue coach, trainer, theater instructor, and musical actress, I embarked on a personal journey to deepen my understanding and consciousness.

During this exploration, I discovered the Mu company training, prompting me to participate. What initially was a one-year program evolved into a transformative two-year experience that completely captivated me. The journey brought about substantial personal growth and profound insights, solidifying my determination to extend this assistance to others. It led me to enroll in the Voice Dialogue coaching program at the ITP (Institute for Transformational Psychology).

Today, I operate as a coach and trainer in my independent practice and, in collaboration with Maureen ten Dam, co-founded Mind Village. Our initiatives include crafting special retreats for women, where the enriching practices of Voice Dialogue and being coaching take center stage.

The Voice Dialogue method, with its remarkable ability to swiftly uncover the core and facilitate genuine change, has profoundly resonated with me. Guiding individuals through this transformative process, where strength and vulnerability gracefully dance, remains a source of fascination and beauty in my work.

What sets my approach apart is the embodiment of an open attitude, vibrant energy, and a talent for fostering connections. Rooted in my background in theater and dance, I embrace a body-oriented approach to make meaningful contact.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in sailing, skiing, motorcycling, immersing myself in theater, and basking in the warmth of the sun. Dance, for me, is an expression of happiness and freedom. Additionally, the simple pleasures of sharing delightful meals with cherished friends are experiences I hold dear. As a mother of two wonderful children, I share my life with my beloved partner in the charming city of Haarlem.
