My intention is for people to become more self-aware and to get closer to the core of who they are. By knowing their emotions and desires they will be able to easier make choices and experience a bigger sense of freedom in their life.
I have followed a number of courses in coaching, only at the ITP I acquainted with “Voice Dialogue an Transformation Psychology” for the first time. The introduction to Voice Dialogue was like love at first sight: the approach to the ‘Psychology of the Selves’, the ‘Conscious Ego’, the concept of ‘Vulnerability’ and their ‘Energetic’ aspects. These have given me in-depth knowledge both personally and as a coach and trainer.
My motto is: “By being in contact with yourself, more in contact with the other”
What fascinates me so much is the possibility for humans to change, continue developing and how to influence and give room to this process.
What characterizes me is my energy and sense of humor, which participants experience as ‘refreshing’, ‘caring’ and ‘curious’. I like to be surprised. This attitude offers confidence and opens the way to possibilities and facilitates creativity and development.
As trainer I combine, among other things, NLP, Systemic Thinking, Focussing and Solution-Focused Coaching with Voice Dialogue.
Given my background as a physiotherapist I work “body-oriented” and I use Breathing and Mindfulness techniques.
I am sporty and love walking, cycling, sailing and playing golf. Overall, I love being outside! I am creative, love photographing and sculpting. Cooking and having cosy dinner with friends makes me extremely happy. I am also the mother of two adult daughters and a son, wife, sister, girlfriend, colleague and … a “little crazy”.
